We, Maxcap Electronics Sdn Bhd, do have responsibility over our bona fide employees regarding their health and safety.

Thus, we have undertaken the following, to attain our goal in keeping our employees healthy and safe:-

1. Guiding and educating our personnel on health and occupational hazard.
2. Compulsory use of the safety gadgets provided at all times.
3. Understanding the danger, complication and the risk.
4. Constantly checking and guiding operators at work.
5. Constant reminders to be always careful at work to avoid accidents.
6. Be health conscious and observe cleanliness.
7. Proper dumping of waste, like segregation of finger cot and rug.
8. Proper implementing of requirement on rules to protect environment.'
